What did you learn about lifelong wellness from taking this course?
I really enjoyed learning the differences in workouts. We did a variety of
methods, and the instructor did really well in helping us push our limits. I
understood that results take time and effort. I also learned the importance of
diet, and how it correlates with physical activity.
How has learning about and applying lifelong wellness concepts impacted
your life (home, school, work, etc.)?
As I have strived to apply the concepts I have learned in this class, I have
become healthier at home. I try to walk more wherever I go and make
exercise a daily routine. Whenever I am slow at work I do simple exercises I
have learned in class.
Discuss specific lifelong wellness concepts learned in this course and how you
are going to implement them in your life?
I really enjoyed learning about high intensity training. I am excited to
implement it more into my exercise routines and try different varieties. After
doing the food journal I was able to realize how much junk I eat, this helps me
be more aware of my eating habits and how I can improve.
