What we have done this week: M-STEP! THE KIDS
ROCKED IT! KEEP ENCOURAGING THEM TO DO
THEIR BEST!!!
In math, we continued fractions. We have talked
about comparing and ordering fractions. Up next:
Improper fractions and mixed numbers.
In reading this month, we are working on
inferences and focusing on cause and effect.
In writing, we finished our Energy: How Can We
Help the Earth paper. We have also been
practicing for the M-Step.
**M-STEP Testing is starting (the test that is
taking place of MEAP). Please see the dates
to the right. It is very important that your
child gets a good night sleep the night
before, a good breakfast, and is here at
school, on time, that day.
***PLEASE plan on attending the FINAL
Mackinac Meeting. It is important for you to
be there to get the final details for the trip.
