Dear Sir,
As per our discussions and the pricing of Flush Doors will as mentioned below
1. Providing of Flush Door with commercial Finishing @ Rs 145/- per
Sq. Ft.
2. Providing of Window shutters @130/- per Ft.

Specifications and Terms of Work1. The above mentioned prices are subject to change as per price fluctuation
of raw material used and the accessories required.
2. Transportation, unloading and fixing (and hardware) will be charged extra
as per actual.
3. Window shutters doesnt include glass and JALI.
4. Price is negotiable as per the requirement.
5. Balance Payment on delivery.
6. All the taxes as per Govt. rules will be charged extra.

We request a mobilization advance to the tune of 50% of the total work allotted.
