Differentiation
Differentiation means to make the instruction meet individual needs. In this week I saw one aspect of the differentiation instruction in the classroom, the higher level students
they usually work or do the activity individual, because they have the harder activity
they have to do it by themselves and solve the problem by themselves because they
already learned how to solve the problems. But the lower level students they work
in the group because they can learn from each other, usually students like to learn from the
same age, and they still t'don know how to solve problem especially math problems so when
they work in group it is helps them to learn more. The
differentiation is so important in the classroom it is help all the students its fair to make the
students learn not just some of them , no we want all of them to learn and to be successful,
then we will know if the teacher is really a good and successful
teacher or not. All the classes in the whole world have deferent levels of students it is so impossible to have class of similar
levels or the same levels, i thought that the teachers should learn how their students learn like
in what learning stye they
learn better and what the abilities of the students, then she have to group them and let them
work and do the activities
that they should and need to do and learn. Differentiation instructions is to make the students
learn some times
individual and some times learn in group it is depend on what they have to learn and what the
level of the activity.
My MST told me it is so important to differentiation in the activity and the way that they learn
and it is help them
to learn much better. She use a lot of activities in her classroom that can give them chance to
learn.
