if it can boot up then you can use
"copy tftp://192.168.50.2/DCS-3950-X_6.2.141.24_nos.img nos.img"
and
"copy tftp://192.168.50.2/DCN-DCS-3950-X_E-3.1.0-vendor.cfg vendor.cfg"
to upgrade
