Students will practice basic keyboarding skills in Microsoft Word, such as typing their name and numbers, using different fonts and colors. The teacher will point out keys on the keyboard like letters, numbers, space bar and backspace. Students will then type a sentence about themselves and the numbers 1-10 separated by spaces. Finally, they will change the font of their first sentence by making it bold, italic, underlined, larger, smaller, or a different color.
