1) 4 Years of undergraduate study,
then 3 years of law school
2) Complete a Juris doctor from a law

4) Pass written bar exams.
5) Take a law school admissions test.

1) Writing skills to fill out important documents
such as wills, motions and letters.
2) Speaking skills to put evidence before the
jury and judge.

depositions, Information, and other related
material.
4) Problem-solving skills to help the client with
their problem and come to a solution that
could work out depending on the jury's
input and the judges ruling.
5) Interpersonal skills to build a good
relationship with the client, so they are
willing to share more information with you.
