This weekly behavior inventory document provides a template for rating one's performance on behavioral goals each day of the week. It includes common goals like being safe, respectful, managing emotions well, following rules, picking up after oneself, being honest, completing chores and homework, getting exercise, eating well, avoiding conflicts, and practicing good hygiene. Users are to rate their performance on each goal each day using check marks or X's, and then answer questions at the end of the week about which goals they did best and worst with, and how they can improve next week.
