EXT.SCHOOL HALLWAY.DAY
Alan is walking through a hallway when he notices a bunch of
kids picking on a student. He walks up to the bullies.
ALAN
Hey!
The bullies stop picking on the student and turn towards
Alan. The main bully steps forward and looks down at Alan.
Shot reverse shot OTS low angle with Alan and high angle
with bully.
BULLY
You got something to say?
Alan cowards down and quickly walks away. The bullied
student stares at his only hope as it slips away.
A series of happenings then flash in front of the camera.
The bullied student cutting himself, crying, breaking
things, then ultimately hanging himself. Time then rewinds.
EXT.SCHOOL HALLWAY.DAY
Alan is walking through a hallway when he notices a bunch of
kids picking on a student. He walks up to the bullies.
ALAN
Hey!
The bullies stop picking on the student and turn towards
Alan. The main bully steps forward and looks down at Alan.
BULLY
You got something to say?
Alan looks uncertain, but then puffs out his chest and looks
the bully dead in the eye.
ALAN
Why dont you leave that boy alone?
BULLY
Make me!
Alan strikes the bully in the face causing him to fall back.
Just then a teacher races into the hallway and drags Alan to
the principles office. The student gets up from the ground
and picks up his things,letting out a small smile.

A series of flashes show Alan getting expelled from school,


getting yelled at by his parents, and running away from
home. Then the student is shown graduating top of the class,
going to Harvard, and creating a cure for cancer. The bully
is then made fun of by his friends and is shown growing up
by himself and having a lot of cats. Time then rewinds.
EXT.SCHOOL HALLWAY.DAY
Alan is walking through a hallway when he notices a bunch of
kids picking on a student. He walks up to the bullies.
ALAN
Hey!
The bullies stop picking on the student and turn towards
Alan. The main bully steps forward and looks down at Alan.
BULLY
You got something to say?
This time Alan marches straight to the student onto the
floor, picks him up, and marches off with him.
BULLY
Where do you think youre going?
The bullies circle around Alan and the student. The main
bully pulls his fist back and attempts to strike Alan, but
he is stopped by a teacher passing by. The bully is then
dragged to the office and all the other bullies scatter.
STUDENT
Thanks
ALAN
No problem. Whats your name man?
STUDENT
Tim.
From here on out, the two become best friends, are are seen
growing up together, graduating, and having fun.
Years later, the two are walking along the street and give
change to a homeless man. The man is wearing the same
clothes as the bully was all those years ago, and it is
revealed that they are the same person.The man apologizes to
the two, to which the two accept.
A series of flashes show the man getting a job, a wife, and
kids. The scene ends on a close up of his family in a
picture framed in his house where he is smiling.
