3- digit numbers.
Lesson Schedule

Engage (warm up, review prior knowledge):
The teacher will tell students about the table of stickers. The group
which will have the biggest number of stickers will get 5 house points.
After that she will do the picture puzzle, she will give the instructions
carefully. I will ask them to answer each question and paste the
missing part of the picture which has the answer on it. (attached
paper)
Then I will ask students to come and set on the carpet each group
individually.

We will complete reviewing using easy teach program. (They will have
a number and they should add and subtract multiples of 10. (54 ,
-10/+10)
Core (introduce and practice new concepts & procedures):

The teacher will start to demonstrate the new lesson by adding on
zero. She will say that we should not to look to the units or tens, we
only change the hundreds. I will give more examples to promote their
understanding.
Students will be asked to go and set back on their seats. Then group
leaders should take out the boards, eraser and markers. With
reminding them about the table of stickers.
The teacher will turn on a video which have some subtracting
questions. Students should write the answer and show. The teacher
may show the method of subtracting if there is any misconception.
Close (wrap up, discussion, brief review activity or
assessment):
The teacher will hand out the worksheets. She will tell students to write
their names and the date. She will give the papers to the low group
first and ask them to start. The teacher will tell the rest groups what
they should do if they have finished their worksheet. (attached paper)
