Plastics Check list

Key Tag
Photo Frame:
1. Get one piece of long plastic
2. Get a tri square and see if there is a gap on the plastic
3. If you had a gap you need to go to the disc sander and
straighten the plastic
4. Then get a ruler and measure the plastic because you are
going to cut a bit of the plastic
5. Once you done that get the rough file and remove the
scratches
6. Then get the smooth file and smooth the sides of the
plastic
7. Then get some sand papers make sure its wet
8. Then buff your plastic to make it smooth
9. Then go to the heater and bend your plastic

Measure a circle on the plastic
Then go to the bandsaw and cut a circle
Then get a rough file and try to remove some scratches
After that get a smooth file to smooth the plastic
Then you get some sand paper to get rid of the remaining
scratches
7. Then go to the buffer and buff the plastic circle
8. Then put your plastic circle in the oven
9. After you done that get the circle out of the oven and put it
on a thing that makes the floppy part of your plastic bowl
10.Then you wait until its dry and then youre done
