Reservations, advanced payment as well as the billing covered from reservation,

check-in to check-out are more accurate and hassle free. With just a few clicks a lot of
things can be done including generating reports just by setting the desire start and end
date. In addition to this, security and consistency of significant and confidential data are
also highly prioritized. All of these improve the companys name and can attract more
customers.
4.3 Results and Analysis
Login Form- The user secures his/her authentication. If he/she inputs the wrong username
or password he/she is not allowed to use the system.
Reservations- The user can add reservations.
Maintenance- Only the administrator can access this module. He/she can add, edit and
delete information from room cottages, and pool.
Reports- The user inputs a range of from and to dates. The system then generates an
income report from the two dates.
In line with this, the administrator of the system is the only person who has the authority
to make certain changes in the systems settings.
4.4 Summary
The system as well as the whole business transactions is developed with the use of
technology, which is computerization of the different module and function. All data
entered are filtered by SQL Server the systems database and connected to VB as the
system language. The proponents observed, experimented and analyzed result for the
proposed system to be competitive to the other inns and hotels throughout the city. The
whole chapter is the presentation of conclusion of gathered data by the proponents, which
lead them to the idea of developing this system.
