INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETRO FLAGS

1. Print on 8.5 x 11 cardstock.


2. Cut along the edge using scissors or X-Acto knife.
3. Fold in half, matching the points together.
4. Glue the entire back side of each flag and wrap around a straw, stirring stick or toothpick.
