The SQL Query tool in Staad can be used to produce a Microsoft Access database file containing output, which allows extracting beam and column data. Data Extraction From STAAD

Dear Sefians,
Apart from OpenStaad-Macro to get the output in Excel format.
We can also use the Query Tool of Staad, which can be found in
Tools\SQL Query- which will produce a Microsoft Acess database file (.mdb)
From which we can get the output in our own way for beam and column design.
It worked for me. For further reference see the Staad Manual
