Team building for University of

Phoenix managers and their teams
Description of course

This course will focus on developing manager and team members skills that
will allow them to build and maintain better collaborations among peers. I will
design and implement effective techniques and activities that managers and
their teams can apply to their team building skills right away. The purpose is
to improve employee cooperative learning and collaboration between
departments, managers and their teams. This collaboration will translate into
happy employees; therefore, turn into excellent service for students. This
training is being provided mainly based on the number of student withdrawals
within the past year due to poor service and lack of communication from
advisors. The training was built based on an analysis based on feedback from
various department leaders, managers, team members from multiple colleges,
and past and current students of University of Phoenix.

Lupe Dalluge is an Employee Relationship Development Coordinator for

University of Phoenix; she has an undergraduate degree in Business
Management is currently a MAED/AET student.

A calendar invitation will be sent to you soon!
