INFORMATION
The undersigned Second Assistant Provincial Prosecutor, accuses
Pru Buto, of the crime of SIMPLE SEDUCTION, defined and penalized
under Article 338, of the Revised Penal Code, in relation with Republic
Act No. 8369 (Family Court), committed as follows:
That on or about the month of January 26, 2015, in
Tuguegarao City, province of Cagayan, Philippines, and
within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the said
accused, by means of deceit and false promises of
marriage, did then and there, willfully, unlawfully and
feloniously, seduce and have sexual intercourse for several
times with one Dina Ligo, a virgin over 13 but under 18
years of age.
CONTRARY TO LAW.
Tuguegarao, Cagayan, February, 06, 2015.
