Dilapidation Report

The dilapidation report summarizes damage found along KM 9.3 of a highway. Several units inspected the area and reported damaged items. The Construction and Surveying Unit inspected on February 12th and found 5 broken guardrail beams, 10 damaged posts, 14 broken packers, and 4 broken delineator signs. They commented that the damaged guardrail and other items needed immediate repair for safety and image reasons. The report was prepared by Muhamad Salman Farisi of the Construction and Surveying Unit and approved by the Chief Operating Officer, Teoh Jui Min.
