This course is a hands-on, lab-focused class, with a minimum of 3 labs a month and several demonstrations

please understand that I teach from several texts and it is imperative that you take notes from my

GRADING

1. Assignments are due at the beginning of each class period.

2. There will be NO make-up tests given. If you miss a test you will be able to replace the grade with a
quarter test. Missing a TEST review is not a reason to delay the test.
3. Missed labs will need to be made up using one of the lab makeup assignments found on Edline or in the
class blog.
4. Late work will be subject to a 50 point penalty and will only be accepted one day after due date.
Excused absences will follow the school policy for make-up work.

Some extra credit work will be available throughout the year. Options will be discussed at a later date.

Students must have all required assignments completed before working on extra credit.
