As a requirement for the subject English 125(Technical Writing), the 2nd year BS Accounting Technology Students of
Central Luzon State University are required to visit companies and foundations or other business entities to gather
some business letters. This is with an objective of giving them an insight on how to write business letters properly.
In connection with this, we would like to request your good office to allow us to conduct the said activity. If permitted,
the group composed of 4 students will be visiting your company on October 3, 2012, 9AM.
