Temporal locality within Spatial relation.

Problem statement:
This problem aims at logical formulation of qualitative processes on topological
change and quantitative reasoning of space in distance, direction and neighbors due
to phenomenal change over time period. Formal representation of temporal
attributes such as events, actions collectively known as processes in region
connections required to be investigated under this study.
The objective of this work is
1) Quantitative reasoning about space.
Represent events in temporal locality on spatial information to infer the
phenomenal change of environment (space) in terms of events in time series.
2). Qualitative representation of temporal attributes.
Reason out events and processes that have evolved within the regions and its
connections due to the change, collectively taken as cognitive actions in
temporal locality.
As of now two dimensional region and its connections are alone taken for study.
