The store held its third annual BBQ which was enjoyed by the kids playing in the waterslide and jump house despite the hot weather. Rob W. and Jimmy M. did a great job cooking the food. Feedback is requested to make next year's event even better. Upcoming changes to the store will be important for understanding customer needs and ensuring employees have the tools to continue providing excellent customer service.

Sunday we held our Third Annual Store BBQ


which was a great day for all that attended
this years event. I know it was a very hot day
and the kids loved the waterslide and the
jump house. The food was great and a big
Thank you to our cooks Rob W. and Jimmy M.
for a Super Job.
Please give me and my team any feedback so
next year we can make the event even better.
We are starting to get close to the many
changes that will happen in our store over the
next few months and it will be very important
for all of us to understand our customers
needs. But as important our customers are
you are just as important for me and my team
to make sure you have all the right tools to be
able to continue to deliver the GENUINE
customer service you always have.

team please ask us and we will try to resolve
any issues we can.
