UG and PG students who completed their final year studies in 2014-2015 and passed all subjects can apply for provisional certificates, consolidated grade sheets, transfer certificates, and conduct certificates by obtaining an application form and fee payment receipt from the exams cell. Students still awaiting improvement or revaluation results should wait to apply until after those results are declared so any changes are reflected. Along with the application, students must submit a no dues form and fee payment receipt, and it will take about two weeks to issue the certificates after receiving the application. The fee for the certificates is Rs. 750.

UG and PG students who studied final year during the academic year
2014-2015 and cleared all the subjects can apply for Provisional
certificate, Consolidated grade sheet, Transfer certificate, Study and
conduct certificate. The students can obtain the application form and
challan from the exams cell.

The students who have applied for improvement or revaluation, the


result of which is still awaited are required to apply for the certificates
after improvement/revalution results are declared, otherwise any
changes in improvement/revaluation will not be updated in the
provisional certificate and consolidated grade sheet.

The students are required to submit no dues form along with the
application and fee payment challan.
Students shall note that for issuing the certificates, it takes about two
weeks time from the date of receipt of application.
Fee for Provisional Certificate, Consolidated Grade Sheet, Transfer
certificate, Study and Conduct Certificate : Rs 750/-
