ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURE
CHASSIS BML
(14"/14"RF - 21"/21"RF)

I. B+ ADJUSTMENT
- Monitor B+ Voltage on test point TP B+ at diagram number
D508/D509 ( cathoda )
- Set trimpot RT501 to get B+ Voltage as follow :
14", 17" = 113V.
20", 21" and 15" Flat Samsung = 115V.

II. OSD ADJUSTMENT :


- Setting normal, with pola normal.
- Show OSD menu picture.
- Adjust CT 701 as like bellow :

III. SERVICE MODE ADUSTMENT :

1. PNR, Pic Improve, Auto Flesh and APR setting should be on, before white balance adjustment in
process.

2. Service Mode procedure :


- Standby off TV set.
- Push menu button and hold for 1 second.
- Type Service code 1 0 1 3 ( Service mode ) or 1 0 1 4 ( Factory mode ).
- Use Prog Up / Prog Down button for choose item adjustment.
- Use Vol/DT +/- button to change value.
- To keep Adjustment data, Press menu button until “ stored “ appears on display..
- To quit from service mode, stand by off TV set then standby on again.
