1. You PowerPoint presentation file and your Flash
(*swf) file must be in the same folder.
2. To put your Flash(*.swf) file in PowerPoint, you
need to see Developer tab.

You need to customize the property of the flash before
it can be played in PowerPoint.
To do that
Either right click the box (you just created) and
select properties
Or click on the Properties on the Developer Tab as
shown below.
