Step 1: Getting your Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)


Timeline: 1 days
It is a digital Signature which comes in a USB token. All the electronic forms
are being signed by this DSC and it is mandatory for procuring DIN.
Documents required for Indian Directors
1. ID Proof (PAN Card mandatory for Indians)
2. Address Proof (Passport / Voters ID / Aadhaar Card) Must be Self Attested
3. Passport size photograph 1 Copies
4. Hard copy of the attached form
Other Information required for each Director:
a. E-mail id
b. Phone Number

Step 2: Getting your Director Identification Number (DIN)


Timeline: 1 days
It is a unique number used to identify a director. Minimum of 2 directors
mandatory.
Proofs required for Indian Directors
1. ID Proof (PAN Card mandatory for Indians) Must be Self Attested
2. Address Proof (Passport / Voters ID / Aadhaar Card) Must be Self Attested
3. Latest Utility Bill (Mobile, Electricity bill, Bank statement(not older than 2
months)
Other Information required for each Director:
a. Occupation
b. E-mail id
c. Phone Number

d. Educational Qualification

Step 3: Your Company's Name Approval


Timeline: 2-6 days

Step 4: Final Registration Documents


Timeline: 5-10 days
(Required only after Step 4 is over. Please keep them handy):
1. After getting the Licence, the MOA and AOA are drafted and sent for MCA
Approval.
2. Form INC-7 along with INC-22 and DIR-12 to be filed online after the
MOA and AOA are drafted.
3. If the E Forms are found to be in order and gets approved by ROC
