Purpose:Invoicedocumentationshouldprovidesufficientdetailsothattheapprovercanverifytheamountscharged

ontheinvoiceareconsistentwiththeunderlyingagreement.

GeneralGuidelines:

TheremustbeaclearandobviousconnectionbetweenthegoodsorservicesintheInvoiceDocumentationand
thegoodsorservicesdescribedintheWorkOrder(WO),StatementofWork(SOW),orMasterServicesAgreement

(MSA).
Invoicesshouldreferenceoneoftheofficiallyretaineddocuments byLilly(WO,SOW,and/orMSA)

Definitions:

InvoiceDocumentation:TheinvoiceitselfandanyandalldocumentsattachedtotheactualinvoiceinSAP
UnderlyingAgreement:PurchaseOrder(PO),WorkOrder(WO),StatementofWork(SOW),and/orMasterService
