INTERVIEW NOTICE Sub: Interview for selection of ST candidates under the Scheme of National Overseas Scholarship for ST candidates for the selection year 2012-13. This is to inform all eligible Scheduled Tribes students who have been shortlisted by the Screening Committee in its meeting held on 27" May, 2013 under the ‘Scheme of National Overseas Scholarship (NOS) for ST Candidates for the selection year 2012-13 that interview for final selection of candidates will be held on 14" August, 2013 at 10.00 A.M. in the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Conference Room No. 734, A Wing, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi 2. List of eligible/provisionally eligible candidates short listed by the Screening Committee vide its Minutes dated 27/05/2013 is given at Annexure-l. All eligible/provisionally eligible candidates are requested to appear before the Selection Committee on the date and time given above, failing which their candidature will be cancelled. Call letters have already been dispatched by speed post and also sent to their respective e mails. 3. The candidates are required to bring the following documents in ORIGINAL in support of their application: ()) Matriculation Certificate or its equivalent. (i) Degree and Diploma certificates at the Graduation, Post Graduation, M.Phil, Ph.D levels as the case may be, alongwith the relevant mark-sheets, experience certificate, research papers, publications or any other document that has been referred in your application or to support your selection. (ii) Character Certificate from a Gazetted Officer not issued earlier than six months from the date of interview. (iv) Original Caste Certificate from the District Magistrate/Collector or competent authority authorized to issue, in the prescribed proforma, (v) Experience certificate duly signed by your Employer(s), (vi) Income Certificate in the prescribed proforma from the appropriate authority both in respect of yourself and your parents/guardians, as may be applicable. (vii) if any result was awaited at the time of submission of application. The result should have been declared with 1° Class with 60% marks or equivalent grade/ award relevant for Bachelor Degree/ Master Degree! Doctoral for the selection year 2011-12. 4, The second class Railway fare/ ordinary class bus fare from the city of their place of residence to New Delhi and return back through the shortest route would be aid to the candidate appearing for the interview on providing of ticket/counterfoil used for the travel. Candidtes are requested to bring a copy of the Blank Bank Cheque and Prescribed format for Bank details are given at Annexure-Il for reimbursement.5. The candidates should be prepared for interview on the scheduled date and time and for an additional day, if required. 6. The candidates should immediately confirm his/her presence to the Ministry at the earliest to attend the interview. if no intimation is received within the stipulated time it will be presumed that the candidate would not be attending the interview. 7.
