Greetings!
Our class will be holding a program entitled NAME OF PROGRAM. It is scheduled
this DATE, VENUE, TIME). With this, we would like to invite 50-80 children from your
organization ages 5-8 years old to be part of this event. The children should be
accompanied by representatives from your organization or by their parents; we will
leave the decision to your office.
Aside from this event being part of our class requirement, we are also aiming to
spend time with these children, make them feel important and appreciated. We
have fun-filled activities, food, and gifts in store for them.
We have also invited professors from the university as guest speakers. We would
like these children to appreciate and value the importance of learning and education
even at an early age.
We hope that our invitation would meet a positive response from your office.
