The project consists of a ten (10) story Mixed Use Development

(MUD) building in an urban area along a busy street, with two


underground basements.
The project endeavors to meet the expectations of the ever
demanding urban population in most urban areas, and
specifically targets to meet clients objectives, in an extremely
complex urban milieu.
The mixed use development (MUD) building comprises;
Two underground basement parking lots.
A restaurant and bar on ground floor, with an extension to
mezzanine floor including a club.
Shopping stalls on the 1st floor to the 3rd floor.
Offices for startup professional firms on the 4th and 5th
floors.
Residential apartments on the 6th floor to the 8th floor.
It is important to note that the roof consists of trusses, as well as
a slab which supports water storage tanks.
There are provisions for both stairs and lifts.
The column at the ground entrance, is a circular column.
