Dear Sir;

With reference to the above subject and with the invitation of client, I would like to submit
my proposal for the supervision and review of all bid documents, cost estimate, preparation of bid
proposal, project schedule in coordination with Telequip staff and other bid requirement.
Telequip, to supply manpower and staff for material canvassing, segregation of different
supplier. Preparation of alternative design requested by owner if their design does not comply
with the standard.
May price for this activity in lump sum in the amount of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY (P
150,000.00) Pesos only. All consumable such as printer ink, paper other office supply to be
supplied by Telequip, Inc.
The owner have accommodated Telequip to participate the bid and to submit bid within 1
week.
50% down payment
50% upon presentation of proposal and submit
