Government of Andhra Pradesh

The government of Andhra Pradesh issued new guidelines for debt relief programs for farmers and women's self-help groups in the state. In partial modification of the Operational Guidelines annexed to G.O.Ms.No.174


dt.14.08.2014 cited (3) above, paras (2) & (3) regarding the Cut- off date for Waiver
may be read as follows:
2. The Crop loans & agriculture gold loans disbursed for crop purposes only,
including the loans converted to MTL due to calamities, upto 31.12.2013 and
outstanding (including interest) as on 31.12.2013 are eligible for cover under
the scheme.
3. Loans which were outstanding as on 31.12.2013 would be eligible for waiver
even if they were subsequently repaid to the bank/ cooperative.

Colum No.18 in the template to be submitted by each branch of the Scheduled
Commercial Banks/RRBs/ Cooperative Banks and PACS/FSCS is modified accordingly,
to report outstanding balances as on 31-12-2013.
