Note for guidance:


1. Please ensure that you are submitting your offer for the item you really deal
in. The specifications / Brand name should not be quoted from our list unless
you have exactly the same item as required by us to offer.
2. The rate that you would mention against an item should be the bare cost
exclusive of customs / excise duty / VAT / Any other charge.
3. Delivery period quoted for an item shall have to be strictly adhered.
4. Your offer shall be subject to the fulfillment of various terms and conditions
mentioned in Annexure 2
5. If a bidder proposes to participate in bids for more than one laboratory; each
of such bids shall be kept in separate sealed covers (sealed by adhesive tape
at both ends of the cover as also on the back of the envelop where there is a
joint.
6. Entry in Col. No. 3 and No. 5 shall be filled in by the bidder / vendor.
7. All the envelopes containing bids shall then be kept in one single envelope to
be sealed in the same manner as point out in Sr. No. 5 above.
8. Every envelope should be superscribed with Tender for (.),
(.) Laboratory / Department and NIT No. (..) dated
().
9. Each page of the bid including the annexures shall be signed by the bidder.
