Follow 3 steps to register for SBI Mobile Banking by sending following keywords/SMS to

9223440000 or 567676
1. Get userID and default MPIN, for example userID = abc111, default MPIN = 111111 (six digit
numerical)

2. Change default MPIN to a new MPIN (six digit numerical) of your choice, for example newMPIN
= 222222
SMPIN userID oldMPIN newMPIN
For example:

3. Accept terms and conditions of the service.

Now you can complete the registration either at SBI Home Branch of your account by filling up a
registration form,
Or visit any SBI ATM and choose option Mobile Registration >> Mobile banking.
SBI Mobile Banking service can be accessed on mobile via 4 types:

USSD based, by dialing *595# from mobile and follow instructions correctly.

Software based, by downloading software for your mobile State Bank Freedom from
website https://mobile.onlinesbi.com/sbidownloader/DownloadApplication.action
This software requires GPRS internet facility on mobile.
Contact your mobile operator BSNL/AIRTEL etc. for GPRS activation and setting on mobile.
