$125 Expedite priority of closing Includes: Duties listed with other selected
service at an expedited time frame. (Add in addition to a selected closing)
**All short sale paper work must have hand written signatures, initials, and
dates.
No electronic signatures will be accepted**
$300 Short Sale - Post Bank Approval (Must include signed approval from
bank for sales price and closing date) Included: Maximum of 60 days from
date of receipt to date of close and the duties listed below:
-Maintain contact with buyer, seller, and the representing agents.
-Maintain contact with short sale financial parties and appraiser.
-Manage the contract and any and all changes.
-Schedule and manage all inspections, CL100, and all necessary repairs.
(Additional inspections required)
-Provide closing attorney with all necessary documents.
-Provide lender with all necessary documents.
$500 Short Sale - Pre Bank Approval Included: Maximum of 120 days from date
of receipt to date of close and the duties listed below:
-Maintain contact with buyer, seller, and the representing agents.
-Maintain contact with short sale financial parties and appraiser.
-Manage the contract and any and all changes.
-Schedule and manage all inspections, CL100, and all necessary repairs.
(Additional inspections required)
-Provide closing attorney with all necessary documents.
-Provide lender with all necessary documents.
Terms of Agreement
