their heads. They left the store and got into a white Kia parked in front of TJ Maxx before driving out of view. The
directorsaidhe'dhavesecurityprovideofficerswithsurveillancefootage.
Grand theft, residence: 5200 block of Gould Avenue. A woman told deputies she remembered seeing one of her
diamond pendantsinitsusualplaceonNov.13.ButonNov.25at9a.m., shenoticed it wasgone.Fingerprintscould
notbeordered,becauseofthetimeelapsed.

Burglary, residence: 1300 block of Olive Lane. A construction worker on site reported that sometime between 3:45
and 7:30 p.m. that day, someone entered the home he was working at and stole several pieces of his construction
equipment. The worker secured the garage doorandfrontgatewhenheleft. Whenhereturnedat6:45a.m.thenext
day,henoticedsomeonehadcutthelockonthegate and priedopenthe garagedoor.Adeputyobserved

inthedirtdrivewayappearingtobelongtoatruck.

Vandalism: 1100 block of Foothill Boulevard. A woman pulled into a See's Candies parking lot space at the same
timeas another womaninatanFordExpedition,wavingforthe womantotakethe spotandselecting anotherspace.
Thevictim and her friend noticed the woman leave around 1 p.m. with keys in her hand. She saw the woman drag
herkeyalongher2013InfinityG37beforegettinginher caranddriving off.Thewoman wasdescribedaswhite,from
45to55yearsold,about5feet5andweighing160to180pounds.
Burglary, enclosed structure: 900 block of Descanso Drive. A building contractor who isrebuildinghis secondhome
reported that sometime between 5:30 p.m. the day before and 7 a.m. the daybefore,someone enteredthesiteand
stole several pieces of construction equipment belonging to him. The victim said he secures histools ina portionof
thegarage walled off by plywood. But when he returned the next day, he noticed the woodhadbeen pried off and
severalitems,includingajackhammer,twoaircompressors,twoelectricsawsandaradio,weremissing.

theday before, someone used her password to hack into her computer and corrupted all her Worddocumentsand

photographs created before Oct. 28. When she tried to save files, she got a message reporting problems and
displaying decryption instructions for which she had to pay to restore corrupted files. She told officershercomputer
had been running slow, so she'd taken it to a Pasadena service technician on Oct. 28. Thetechnicianhadinstalled
newantivirussoftware,thevictimreported.

Burglary, residential: 3700 block of Madison Road. A man arrived home from vacation to find his home had been
ransacked and several items were missing. The point of entry was a smashedopen secondstory French door
accessed by a ladder, and the exit point was the victim's frontdoor.Thesuspect stolea jewelryboxwith aHamilton
wristwatch inside, in addition to 11 other wrist watches. As he left, he opened a UPS package on the front porch,
openeditandthrewthecontentsinsidethehome.
