VNX - How To Collect Support Materials

[Collect Support Materials]

To Generate a Collect Support Materials (Diagnostic Bundle) from the NAS please
run the following script on the control station when connected via SSH.
/nas/tools/collect_support_materials
When the script completes a Zip file will be generated and the name & location o
f this file will be displayed on screen, an SFTP client like Winscp will be need
ed to download the file from the Control Station to your workstation, the defaul
t location on the control station for the collect support materials to be genera
ted in is /nas/var/emcsupport.
