Government of Andhra Pradesh: (By Order and in The Name of The Governor of Andhra Pradesh)

The government of Andhra Pradesh issued an order to amend a previous order regarding the alienation of 498.93 acres of government land in Jayantipuram Village to the APIIC for the establishment of an industrial park. The land would be transferred for a market value of Rs. 1,00,000 per acre. Condition 2 in paragraph 4 of the previous order was deleted, and conditions 3 and 4 were renumbered as conditions 2 and 3 respectively. The principal secretary to the government approved the order.
