1) in Outlook, Click On The Icon at The Bottom of The Screen

To add room calendars to your Outlook calendar view, click the Calendar icon, right-click My Calendars, select Add Calendar and From Room List, choose the rooms you want to add from the list, ensure the rooms appear under Rooms, and click OK. The room calendars will then appear alongside your calendar.

1) In Outlook, click on the Calendar icon

at the bottom of the screen.

2) In the Calendar view, right-click on My Calendars.

3) Expand Add Calendar and click on From Room List.

4) Select the rooms you require from the Select Name: All Rooms window

5) After selecting the room, make sure it appears in the Rooms by clicking
on Rooms. Then click OK.

6) The calendar for the room should appear as in the picture below.
