BoX Type Waterproofing

specification approved by Consultants. Cost to include
base preparation of Cleaning and brushing the
surface, application of neat cement slurry coating
evenly over the base and wall mixed with
waterproofing compound as per manufacturer's
specifications, Fixing of 19 to 25mm thick rough
finished low porosity cuddapah slab of size 450mm x
450mm using cement grout 1:1 mixed with
waterproofing admixture to the required level & slope
in single layer, grouting the joints with cement grout
and 20mm thick waterproof plastering on the top of
cudappah slab in CM 1:3 etc., complete.
The joints between stone slab shall be raked, cleaned
- and grouted with waterproof cement slurry, smooth
finishing, rounding of the edges, corners and curing
etc., complete with guarantee for a minimum period of
10 years.
