SUBJECT: Arrangements for your stay in a Hotel Les Frangins
DATE: 31/05/2015
As you asked me, I called the Hotel Les Frangins, Calais, France. You need to stay an
extra night, too (besides Thursday and Friday on Saturday as well).
The Receptionist told me: one more night is difficult, because single rooms are fully
booked for Saturday. So, you should move to a double room on Saturday morning.
You pay the same rate as in a single room. The staff will carry your baggage.
All rooms are en-suite in the Hotel. The prices include the breakfast and the evening
meal also.
Taxis are available to take you to Le Toquet on Friday and Saturday morning. The hotel
wants to know what time do you arrive at their headquarters.
The hotel Receptionist says to me you can confirm the arrangements by tomorrow
approximately before 3:00 pm.
Please, let me know your decisions about the confirm as soon as possible.
