This is an interview with D-Day soldier Hal Baumgarten. This will help me
understand challenges that soldiers faced on the battlefield.

This is a letter from General Eisenhower to the D-Day soldiers the night before D-Day. This
letter helps me interpret General Eisenhower's feelings toward the soldiers.

This is the speech FDR gave on D-Day. I will use it to find more information about D-Day.

This is the radio address given by President Franklin D. Roosevelt on June 5, 1944, the night
before the D-Day invasion. It will give me an idea of the feelings American citizens had
about the soldiers.

This is a photo of Canadian soldiers on Juno Beach. I will use it to interpret how well the
Canadian soldiers fared.

This is a documentary about the Atlantic Wall that shows real footage. I will use it to gather
information on the Atlantic Wall.

This is a book about the D-Day spies. This book will help me understand the deceptive tactics
that were used to trick the Nazis leading up to D-Day.

This is a map of the D-Day battle strategy. I will use it to give information about the strategy.

I used this speech to gain another perspective on the events that transpired on D-Day. I also
used it to learn specific sections of D-Day (the ones he discussed).

This article helped me understand what the defenses on the Atlantic Wall were like on D-Day.
The Atlantic Wall was the line of German defenses from which the Germans ran their
operations.

This book as a whole has many interesting bits about D-Day. There is also a section devoted
to articles, pictures, and maps of D-Day.

This is an article that I found online. I am using this source because it describes events
leading up to D-Day, tactics behind D-Day, and the invasion of Normandy.
