According to your affidavit, you were conducting a follow up investigation regarding
a certain person who failed to return home. Can you tell the court who was this
person?
Answer: Sharon Mae Castillo
Was she a resident of this Barangay Estafania, Bacolod City
Yes At that time, how would you have known this? (Through the Incident report)
No No one in the office bothered to ask?

personally?

personally knows the accussed)

May I ask, what is your jurisdiction as a Bacolod City Police Officer
Going back, you said in your affidavit and I quote we have to know through PO3
Nestor de la Vega that the person is a certain alias Kulas of Sitio Bingig, Brgy. 3
Poblacion, Himamaylan City. and then proceeded to go there. Moreover,
according to your affidavit, you said you coordinated with the Himamaylan Police.?

What is the standard operating procedure you mentioned on your affidavit in


coordinating with other police officers in other Lgus. kindly enlightened this court of
guidelines of the Standard Operating Procedure. Do you keep a record of this
guidelines?
Where is your proof of such procedure.
