Ref: - Your Email dated 14.02.2013 on the above subject.
You had submitted your VRS on 25.01.2013 on the grounds of
personal health and some personal family reasons. Now you are
making baseless and false allegations of harassment against me which
are bundle of lies. Since whenever you are assigned any work for its
speeded disposal you feel irritated and even do not attend the job
which I am managing otherwise and you have been threatening
verbally for dire consequences which I am tolerating for the sake of
smooth functioning of the office. Now all the limits have been crossed
by making false allegations. In this regard it is reminded to you that you
are in depressions for more than 15 years when you were JE/ Civil at
Panipat Thermal Project and you have never been under me at PTPS
Panipat. More over you have internal family problem for the last about
three years. The detailed reply shall follow.
