Billing Arrangements:
To confirm your reservation for February 27, 2015, we will require a signed copy of this proposal letter, Letter of Agreement &
Certificate of Availability of Funds on or before February 10, 2015. Otherwise, we will automatically release the space for other
bookings. If another Member will ask for the same space on a definite basis before the said date, the Club will give you a forty
eight (48) hour-option period to confirm the space being held.
Full payment is due 10 days right after the event thru corporate check payable to Timberland Sports and Nature Club Inc.
Incidentals should be settled in full right after the event.
