A template is used to structure the individual steps of a process. The template header
displays the time-dependent selection variables that are relevant for the template.
To create a template, you choose Template/Task List Create Template and then define a
ten-character technical key for it. Next, you select one of the organizational hierarchies from
the Closing Hierarchy field and enter a description for the new template.
The scope of a template should not be determined by the application-related aspects.
Instead, its scope should be oriented towards the overall process and the organizational
units involved.
