The document outlines an identification policy for employees at UA&P University. It states that all employees must wear their university-issued ID card when entering and while inside university premises and be prepared to present it upon request. If an employee enters without a valid ID, they must identify themselves to security to receive a temporary ID for the day, which must be surrendered before leaving. Repeatedly receiving temporary IDs will result in being reported to HR. Lost or stolen IDs should be reported within 24 hours to receive a temporary ID from HR until a new permanent one can be issued. IDENTIFICATION POLICY

UA&P recognizes the importance of a safe and secure learning environment. Thus,
all employees are required to wear their UA&P Card ID while within the University
premises to enforce better campus security and avoid any inconsistency in the
implementation of a University-wide No ID No Entry policy.
No Card ID No Entry
1. All employees must wear their University issued-card ID when entering and
while inside the University premises. They should also be prepared to present
such ID for verification upon request of any UA&P official or such personnel
authorized to oversee safety and security within the university premises.
2. If no valid UA&P Card ID can be presented upon entry, the employee should
identify himself/herself before being allowed to log into the Employee
Register with the security guard at the entry points. After logging in, a
temporary ID for the day will be issued. This temporary ID must be
surrendered by the employee before leaving the University premises. An
employee with no permanent Card ID logging in 3 or more times during any
month will be included in the Non-compliance report to be submitted to HR at
the end of every month.
3. The loss or theft of an ID card should be reported promptly (within 24 hours
or on the next working day) to HR. A temporary ID will be issued by HR while
a permanent one is being produced. The cost of replacement to be charged
to the employee will be determined by HR. Once available, the permanent
card ID will be given to the employee only upon the surrender of the
temporary ID.
4. Persons without a valid card ID (permanent or temporary) will be denied entry
to the university and/or escorted out. Those observed not wearing a valid
UA&P ID within the University premises can and will be accosted by any UA&P
official or personnel authorized to oversee safety and security.
