MANAGEMENT
I was the assistant manager for a coffee shop where I opened and closed the business as well as ensuring that the
expectations for the day / week were met accordingly.
COMMUNICATION

LEADERSHIP
Orientation Leader: I spent my first two years at the University of Mount Union working under their First Year
Initiatives program as an orientation leader for both summer sessions, as well as Fall and Spring Orientation.
Up til Dawn Executive Board: I held an executive position on our board for the universities Up til Dawn program which
helped to raise money for St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital.
Associate Class President of Phi Kappa Tau: During the initiation process for the Epsilon Chapter of Phi Kappa Tau
fraternity, I was elected the Associate Class President by my peers, where I ensured the agenda was upheld during each
meeting as well as delegated tasks that needed completed.

Experience
ASSISTANT MANAGER | SIPS COFFEEHOUSE | MAY 2012 AUGUST 2015
I started this position as a barista where I ran the register as well as made coffee and espresso drinks for the customers.
I was eventually asked to take the position of assistant manager where I ensure the day / weeks agenda was met
accordingly.
HOST | INDIAN BEAR LODGE & WINERY | MAY 2015 - PRESENT
As a host I ensured that the customers were seated and attended to by a waiter / waitress, and occasionally myself if I
found that I had the time.
