dispatch), RMS (records management software), and JMS (jail management software

Major Projects:
Developing plans to migrate to private fiber for all city buildings
Complete network upgrade for Voice-over-IP phone system. Worked with
consultant to compile hardware needed and configure the HP network switches.
Converted Nortel Digital phone system to a Voice-over-IP system. Hosted
solution provided by Comcast so no capital expense for the phone equipment.
Financial program upgrade. Moved entire City from a DOS based system to a
web-based system.
