Dear Mr Rees
I am writing to you because I need someone to write a short guide, which
introduces about my town to attract more tourists to explore. I got your name
through Archie Leach, my colleague, who has known of your book The London
Book.
I wonder if you are interested in the project. First of all, my boss has required the
guide would give information on places to visit, places of historical interest, places
of outstanding beauty and places to eat. The guide is about 20 pages and you have
to illustrate with images for each place. What is more about the detail of payment,
it includes special times as follows: a sum in advance about 10.000$, expenses
during the time research and 10 percent of every book sold.
If you are interested I suggest we meet personally to discuss details.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely
