This workshop is appropriate for practitioners of meditation as well as the physical yogas. The
distinctive movements of Tibetan yoga arose over ten centuries ago as the direct result of deep
meditation practices by Tibetan yogic adepts. Tsa Lung Trul Khor, or the Magical Movements of
Channels and Breath, enable one to enter all three doors of body, energy, breath and mind through a
single practice. It offers a powerful and skillful means to clear the obstacles to open awareness and
clarity. Historically taught and practiced only in remote Himalayan caves and monasteries, these
magical movements are now being taught to serious western students. These yogas of Tibet have
never been taught before in the Carolinas.
Geshe Tenzin Yangton is the resident lama at Serenity Ridge Retreat Center, the headquarters of
Ligmincha International located in rural Nelson County, Virginia. He is part of the ancient Yangton lineage.

In 1990 he became a monk at Triten Norbutse Monastery in Kathmandu, taking his vows from Yongdzin Tenzin
Namdak Rinpoche. He attained his Geshe Degree in 2006 from the Bon Dialectic School at Menri Monastery in
Dolanji, India.
